All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. We do not offer untracked shipping options.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Customer Responsibility for Tracking
By placing an order, you agree to:

3. Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete when the courier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
This may include:

Photographic proof of delivery
4. Safe Place & Courier Decisions
If you authorise the courier to:

Leave the parcel in a safe place, or

Deliver to a neighbour or third party
You accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered according to your instructions.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows a delay or issue:

You must contact the courier directly using your tracking number

We will assist where reasonable, but we are not responsible for courier delays
If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, we will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Marked as Delivered
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier:

It is considered fulfilled

Claims for non-receipt must be supported with evidence
We reserve the right to:

Investigate claims

Refuse refunds where delivery has been verified
7. High-Risk Orders
We reserve the right to:

Require signature-on-delivery for high-value orders

Cancel or refund orders deemed high risk
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
Tracked delivery confirmation will be used as evidence in any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent claims may result in:

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We remain responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to you in accordance with applicable law.
