1. Limited Availability
All products released as part of a “drop” are available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. No Guarantees of Purchase
We do not guarantee the availability of any product, even if it appears in stock at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors or overselling

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Refuse bulk or suspicious orders

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Anti-Bot & Resale Protection
We actively monitor for:

  • Automated purchasing (bots)

  • Multiple orders intended to bypass limits

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel such orders without notice

  • Block accounts or IP addresses

  • Refuse future purchases

4. Strict Purchase Limits
Where stated, purchase limits apply per customer, household, or payment method.

Orders breaching these limits may be cancelled.

5. No Restocks Policy
Unless explicitly stated, all drop items are:

  • Non-restockable

  • Available only once

We are under no obligation to restock any item after it has sold out.

6. Shipping Timeframes for Drops
Due to high demand, drop orders may have extended processing times.

Estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page, but delays may occur.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • High order volumes

  • Supply chain issues

  • Courier delays

7. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If a drop includes pre-order items:

  • Payment is taken at checkout

  • Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.

8. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct size selection

  • Accurate shipping details

Due to the fast-paced nature of drops, we may not be able to modify orders after purchase.

9. Returns for Drop Items
Standard return policies apply unless otherwise stated.

However, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns showing signs of wear (“wardrobing”)

  • Investigate unusual return patterns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

10. Chargebacks & Abuse
High-demand drops are a common target for fraudulent disputes.

We reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to payment providers

  • Challenge illegitimate chargebacks

  • Recover associated costs

  • Restrict future purchases

11. Product Variations
Due to manufacturing and screen differences:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly

  • Minor variations do not constitute defects

12. Right to Modify or Cancel Drops
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify release dates or product details

  • Cancel or postpone drops

  • Withdraw products at any time

13. Acceptance of Risk
By purchasing from a limited drop, you acknowledge:

  • The high-demand nature of the sale

  • The possibility of stock limitations or delays

  • That all reasonable measures are taken to fulfil orders fairly
